This chat room is a place for fans of Stevie Nicks and Fleetwood Mac of all ages and is provided as a courtesy to Nicks Fix visitors. It is meant to be a friendly place for fans to come and talk about the music or whatever. This is not an adult-only chat, so keep it clean.
Please follow some simple rules for the chat:
- Be courteous to others visitors. Harassment of visitors or operators / Offensive language / Racism, discrimination or sexual depravity of any kind; are prohibited in the chat. Flaming, personal attacks, threats and abuse against other users will not be tolerated. This is a friendly place for Stevie and Fleetwood Mac fans. Offenders will be removed from the chat room temporarily or permanently.
- Keep sexually explicit or otherwise disturbing things out of the chat. No sex talk or sexually suggestive talk. The conversation should be suitable for fans of all ages. Profanity will not be tolerated. If you are one of those who can't express yourself without using bad language, you need to find a different chat room.
- Flooding (text, nick-changing, or join floods) is prohibited in the channel. Don't hold down a key and let it repeat. Example: Posting 10 lines in 5 seconds is considered flooding. Repeated postings of the same or similar message, characters or icons is also flooding.
- Don't register multiple usernames.
- Don't use ALL-CAPS in the chat. It is harder to read, uses more space and is perceived as shouting.
- Logon names must not be offensive, rude or sexually suggestive.
- Commercial advertising is not permitted.
- Avoid scripts that auto-send messages to the channel or to users on the channel.
- Do not impersonate or represent any person or entity in an attempt to deceive, harass or otherwise mislead another member. You may not pretend to be a representative of Stevie, Fleetwood Mac or the Nicks Fix. Anyone who is caught impersonating another user or representative will have their access terminated permanently.
- You are responsible for other people who use your computer in the chat. Failure to follow the rules may result in banning your IP address and/or ISP.
Note: Stevie does not visit the chat. If someone in the chat says they are Stevie Nicks, they are an imposter, so please ignore them.
Logs of the chat may be recorded for security purposes. This chat may be terminated at any time without notice.
