This was my 4th time seeing Stevie, and this time at the beyond gorgeous Fox
Theater was the best one yet. I'm extremely blessed to have a very generous
boyfriend who got us 4th row orchestra pit seats as a birthday present!!
Stevie has been my idol since I started listening to her and Fleetwood Mac
when I was 13, and now just before I turn 20, I got to be only a few feet
from my favorite singer in the universe! It was UNREAL! I loved hearing the
new songs along with the classics, and Stevie looked absolutely gorgeous up
there. I think it's great how she tells stories before all of her songs, and
it really makes us feel like we all know her on a deeper level. My favorite
moments were the very beginning when she came out and did Rock and Roll and
I almost passed out, and the Edge walk, which I NEVER thought I'd be able to
do in my lifetime! I even got to touch Stevie's hand for just a moment. I'm
so grateful for all that Stevie has brought into my life, and the person
that she helped me to become, and last night was one of the best of my life.
When you leave the show inspired to be a better person, that is something
truly special. Thank you for such an incredible night, Stevie!! I have so
many memories that I get to keep with me forever.

Last night I saw Stevie Nicks at the Fox Theater, and WOW! I'm 15 and been
in love with Fleetwood Mac and her solo music as long as I can remember. It
had always been on my dream list to see her or them live.
It was by far the best concert I've ever seen. She sounded so wonderful, the
band had a lot of energy, the slideshows and graphics were great, and you
could just feel the magic in the air. Over all it was just a wonderful
night, and I really hope I get to see her again soon. Or maybe even meet
her!

We just got back from the show tonight and to say it was amazing is an understatement! Stevie was absolutely wonderful, and this was a night I'll never forget! Stevie really connected with the audience like never before, and gave so much of herself in every song she was performing. I loved how she interacted with us and took the time to really share her process of how her songs came to be. She was authentic and spoke from the heart when sharing her love of how beautiful the Fox Theater was, and especially when thanking us for allowing her the pleasure of singing her newer songs! We wouldn't have had it any other way! Stevie is such a prolific song writer and knowing that she truly loves what she does transcends to her fans! Stevie's set list was arranged perfectly, mixing old favorites like Stand Back, Landslide, Gold Dust Woman, and Rhiannon, with newer favorties like Ghosts are Gone, Annabel Lee, Soldier's Angel, and For What It's Worth, just to name a few. I would also like to send a heartfelt thank you to Stevie for truly acknowledging the fans who stayed later outside of the venue to see her off! She was gracious, cordial, and really took the time to thank us for our love and support of her! Thanks again to Stevie for a wonderful evening! Can't wait to see her again!

An incredible, magical show at the historic Fox Theatre in Detroit! Setlist remained the same as opening night. We had terrific seats in the orchestra area. Vanessa Carlton opened with a short and meaningful set, explaining the somewhat obscure origins of her songs. She was accompanied by just a violin player and her keyboard. The crowd very receptive and appreciative. After Vanessa's quick set, it only took a few minutes to set up Stevie's equipment and the recorded version of Not Fade Away began. The crowd went CRAZY when Stevie came trucking out in her platforms! Since the setlist was the same, I won't go through the song list, but highlights that seemed to get the biggest response from the the crowd were Moonlight, Stand Back, Soldier's Angel, Edge, and an amazing rendition of Love Is to close the show! Stevie has NEVER spoken more to the audience than on this tour, and the crowd was so thrilled to hear her stories! Steve spoke about the beautiful theatre and commented that there are no wonderful places like it back in L.A., and there were great in-depth stories about Soldier's Angel (her first visit to Walter Reed), Secret Love (written in Colorado while she decided whether to stay with Lindsey or split up), Moonlight (completed this very old song after seeing the second Twilight film in Australia, and commented "I am a total Vampire!"), and Annabel Lee (very cute and clever story about Edgar Allan Poe). Landslide was dedicated to the audience's families - Stevie cautioned everyone to love them and keep them close. She also dedicated Landslide to Kid Rock, who was at the show (her "Spirit Son"!).
Stevie looks incredible and was in fine physical form as well. She seems very agile and healthy - there were a few spins and one high kick during Stand Back, but we really noticed during her dancing interludes how really flexible and fit she is. Although the theater was air conditioned, it was 101 degrees outside and the humidity really seeped into the space, and Stevie didn't even break a sweat during the show. It was a truly awesome show, and Stevie promised to see us all again soon - we wouldn't miss it for the world! Thank you, Stevie!

First and far most, Stevie was amazing. Her band was superb, although we missed Lenny. My friends and I sat 4 rows from the stage center. Stevie looked and sounded amazing. I enjoyed her new songs as well as her classics. I have been a fan of Stevie for 40 years, ever since 1972, Buckingham & Nicks. Now that's a long time. I grew up and old listening to her music. She has truly inspired me throughout the years. Always looking forward to her next album. I have always dreamt of meeting her one day. That has been my dream for 40 years. Stevie appears to be a fun loving person with a great sense of humor (mic stand breaking). I just don't understand why she is not more personable with her fans. Stevie can offer so much love, humor and compassion by touching their hearts. I have many stories in the past 40 years of trying to meet and greet Stevie, that I can write a book. After the show, I was standing by the back gate, hoping to meet her and again, off in the wind she goes. My last effort was to follow her limo.
I followed her limo to city airport, and I went through the gates and followed it into the tarmac right to her plane. The security jumped out and asked her if I was &*^$#$* crazy, and asked me if I knew that this was illegal. I respond yeh, but I would really like to meet Stevie. Needless to say they kicked us out and I still didn't meet her. LOL one day I know that it will happen. Love to sit and have coffee with Stevie, because "I'm getting older too".......

What a life changing concert!! Stevie was in the palace of Detroits Fox Theatre, just the perfect setting for the queen of Rock!! I got to hold both of her hands as she gracefully came across the front row and tell her just how much she is loved!! Her line up of music matched the mood she created by her prescence. You walked away a gypsy, vampire lover slash welsh witch!! Waddie....PHENOMENAL!! Having her back-ups with Lori And Sharon, there are no words that come close to their beautiful voices. Everyone in the band was most excellent and her music coach and her doing Leather and Lace was so compelling. Only regret to the evening was when she was explaining her part and how she got involved with the Walter Reed Clinic, the fans were chanting STEVIE WE LOVE YOU etc...non stop and in my heart, I felt they should of respected her moment of heart on stage. So future concert go'ers, RESPECT her words, because she is talking directly from her heart to yours and it's a beautiful thing to walk away with a peice of her heart in your memory. Stevie if you ever read this, I had made a beautiful necklace for you which I wore to the concert to give to you, however.....I was so excited to hold your hand in mine, I forgot to give it to you. So for that, I am sorry. I can honestly say, there is no other rock legend that can sing every new song, every old song, just the way it sounds from the first time you ever heard it! You are Beautiful Person Stevie Nicks!!!

Amazing show!!!
Thank you thank you thank you Stevie for gracing us here in Detroit with
your magical presence. I have been a loyal fan from as far back as I can
remember, even learning to read from the lyrics on the Bella Donna album! I
would dress up like you and spend hours upon hours emulating you, singing,
with my tambourine, feeling so very connected to you and your beautiful
music. You must know that your music has been a calming factor during my
life...through many a storm. Thank you. My sweet and precious boyfriend
bought us tickets for my 39th birthday, and I must say, it was the BEST
birthday present that I have ever received. Seeing you perform live was a
dream brought to reality that I will cherish forever. <3 I love your new
songs. I thought for sure that I would cry (happy tears) throughout most of
the show, surprisingly, I was so into the music that not one tear
fell....that is, until...Love Is, your encore song. That was my first time
hearing it and it was simply beautiful.
Just like you Stevie.
Blessings and love always.

This was my first time seeing Stevie Nicks and all I can say is AMAZING! The Fox Theater was magical and with her beautiful spirit and the amazing band I couldn’t ask for a better show. I have never been more inspired in my life. She moves you with her music, her voice, her lyrics, her love...it’s like a fairytale.
I grew up on her music and she has been the one artist that has never let me down...her passion for what she does gives me inspiration to follow my dreams and to see her love of music and art first hand was surreal. I was in the back and I felt it...it was that amazing!! Her new music is beautiful and emotional and one of my new favorite CD's of hers.
SHE IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE a lyrical goddess, a rock & roll muse and probably has the most pure and brightest sprits I have ever seen.
As a strong independent artist and woman myself I thank you for all you do and for who you are and most of all for the best show I will ever see (unless Fleetwood Mac comes back for a tour *Wink Wink*)!!
Thank You My Lady Moon..
p.s. My mother (who was with me that night at fox theater) has always been inspired by you and because of your music she always tried to be a better person and see the light when there’s dark....and because of that I have grown up to do the same and be who I want to be so thank you for singing Landslide and dedicating it to the families. It meant the world to both myself and my mom (we cried a lot!) and all the other families out there!

I know I am over a week late in writting this, but Stevie was AMAZING! I've always wanted her to play the Fox, its such a beautiful and more intimate setting the DTE, the outdoor venue that she usually plays here. Thank God it was inside, it was 101 that day and we would've all melted. I had row B seats, and was hoping to get closer, but security was pretty tight and couldnt get up to the stage for the Edge walk. She looked AMAZING and was in the best shape of her life. I've seen every tour since 1986 solo and FM and this show tonight was one of my top 3 for sure! The new songs are WONDERFUL, I was glad to hear her say, "Their will most likely NEVER be another Stevie Nicks greatest hits tour..." and that she wants to keep writting new music and performing them for us because she is a artist! I am holding you to this Stevie!!! We want MORE NEW MUSIC!!! "In your Dreams" is one of your BEST CD's ever and the new songs blew me away live! "Moonlight" has a very special place in my heart for someone dear to me who passed away, and seeing it live was AMAZING! SO much better then the CD version, which I didnt think was possible! It was just a perfect night! Stevie looked amazing, sounded perfect and was just wonderful! Thank you SO much for continuing to grow and share your music, stories and life with us, we are SO Blessed to have you in our lives! <3 Also, I LOVED Vanessa Carlton too, went out and bought her CD the next day, she was so cute and such a REAL artist, unlike most of the plastic pop music we have today!
Jim
I had the center stage, front row behind the pit. A great view. Vanessa Carlton opened for Stevie
and put on a good performance.
Stevie was great!! She was in great spirit, always smiling, and sounded great. I loved her talking more
than usual, which I feel warms us more to her. The new album is very good, and pleased with her choices
from it. Soldiers Angel really touches your heart. Leather and Lace with her voice theripist was amazing.
I only wish she was doing some shows in Ontario Canada, so I could see more, but with 2 more shows
to see in Cleveland and Pittsburgh will have to be enough for now. As always, I have never been disappointed
with any Stevie Nicks concerts. You Stevie are the best!!!!
